For participants who wish to pay in USD, the conference will apply a fixed conversion rate of 1 USD to 0.85 Euro.

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
All registration cancellation requests should be sent to the conference secretariat via e-mail to tribosurf@ktu.edu.tr

From July 30th to September 30th: Full refund is possible (excluding any bank transfer fees).

October 1st to October 15th: Up to 50% of the registration fee can be refunded.

No refund is possible after October 16th, 2026.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference end date.
Koru Hotel is a four-star property operating under the brand of Karadeniz Technical University and located within the main KTU campus. Designed with spacious and modern aesthetics, the hotel comprises a total of 110 rooms, including 10 suites, 5 family suites, 24 double (French) rooms, 59 standard twin rooms, 11 triple rooms, and 1 accessible room, catering to a wide range of accommodation needs.
