Each registered presenting author may present up to two papers (oral or poster).

Your registration fee includes;

• Conference materials

• Access to oral and poster sessions

• The welcome reception and Conference Dinner

• Mid-morning and afternoon refreshments each day.

• For participants who wish to pay in USD, the conference will apply a fixed conversion rate of 1 USD to 0.85 Euro.

• The fee does not include the social trip.

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registration cancellation requests should be sent to the conference secretariat via e-mail to tribosurf@ktu.edu.tr

 

• From July 30th to September 30th: Full refund is possible (excluding any bank transfer fees).

• October 1st to October 15th: Up to 50% of the registration fee can be refunded.

• No refund is possible after October 16th, 2026.

• All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference end date.
