On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to the International Conference on Tribology and Surface Science (TriboSurf’26), which will be held on November 5-7, 2026, in Trabzon, Türkiye. The conference is organized by the Departments of Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgical and Materials Engineering of Karadeniz Technical University.

 

The symposium aims to bring together scientists and researchers to exchange ideas and share their recent works and applications on various aspects of contact interactions, lubrication, wear, surface modifications, mechanobiology, tribology, and other relevant subjects. The conference will also provide a medium for technological developments in the fields of following but not limited to testing, measurement, coating, quality control, and microscopy. The companies will exhibit their product and introduce their recent developments in special sessions. Hence, TRIBOSURF’26 aims to be an attractive event and a fruitful environment for researchers from different backgrounds in academia and industry.

 

In addition to the scientific sessions and company presentations, we would like to invite you to visit Trabzon, one of the most vibrant cities of Turkey, which is rich in natural and historical heritage.
